Tour Tempo TrainingWorking on my tour Tempo tones at 21-7, which is very fast for me, I think I might start at working with 24-8. However, after really REACTING to the first and second tone, I was able to get the perfect 21 frame backswing and 7 frame downswing and when you have that tempo right the ball jumps off the face.
